Embroidery Pattern Designs
Many interesting and unique embroidery designs have been produced
due to the use of the modern computerized embroidery machines. These
designs look striking on apparel items and can display a particular
sense of style.
Embroidery machines often contain numerous unique designs from which
you may choose. They may also contain systems which will enable you
to design your own patterns, then customize them with monograms to
be added with special fonts to be embroidered. In order to select
the size and style of lettering that you desire, you merely type on
the keyboard and it will emerge onto the screen. If you don't like
what you see on the screen, you can change it.
You will have the greatest flexibility with those patterns that are
built into the machine. You can rotate the design during the layout.
This may be necessary so that you do not embroidery a design which
ends up being upside down on your garment. Other advantages to
having the patterns on the computer are so that you can duplicate,
reverse, insert, change colors and resize. You may also purchase a
digitizing program and make your own designs.
A category that has become very popular recently and continues to
grow is monogramming embroidery. Letters can be fashioned using many
different fonts and designs to create names and initials. Also
popular within this category are the letters that are interwoven
with designs.
It is fun to experiment with different designs by changing the
colors of a particular design. For example, if you have stitched a
pink rose, you can experiment with different shades of pink for a
different effect, or try a lavender rose, a yellow rose, or a red
rose. Of course, this is just one example. There are a myriad of
designs that can be altered merely by changing colors.
